Pastor Fray’s God-given mandate is to enrich lives and unite nations through the body of Christ. In March 2020, God spoke with Pastor Fray about building a nationwide ministry focused on rejected souls. In April 2023, Creative Minds God’s Design International Ministry was birthed.

Her God-given mandate is to go into the communities to develop and train individuals and groups one person and one step at a time. The vision God gave Pastor Fray is to position His sons and daughters for purpose, advancing the Kingdom of Heaven. This will be accomplished through God’s power and authority, transforming lives for Kingdom advancement one stone at a time.
