At Creative Minds God's Design, we believe no one is forgotten by God.
The world may overlook, reject, or define people by their past, their pain, or their circumstances—but God never does. He sees what others cannot. He restores what others have written off. He calls sons and daughters out of brokenness and into purpose.
Creative Minds God's Design is an international Christian ministry and community centre serving Toronto, Etobicoke, and communities beyond. We exist to help people encounter Jesus Christ, experience lasting transformation, and discover the purpose God has placed within them. Whether you are exploring faith for the first time, returning to God, or searching for a Christ-centered community where you can belong, you'll find a place where you are welcomed, valued, and supported.

Our Journey
In March 2020, Pastor Fray received God’s vision for a nationwide ministry focusing on those the world has rejected. Not simply those who had experienced hardship—but those who had been made to believe they were forgotten, overlooked, or without purpose.
In April 2023, Creative Minds God’s Design International Ministries & Community Centre Inc. was birthed.
Today, that calling continues to shape everything we do. We are committed to creating spaces where people encounter God's love, receive practical support, grow in their faith, and discover the identity and purpose He has always intended for their lives.
Our Mandate
Going into communities to train, equip and develop individuals and groups— one person and one step at a time.
As a Christian ministry and community centre, we believe transformation happens through relationship. That's why we don't simply offer programs—we walk alongside people through discipleship, mentorship, prayer, outreach, and compassionate care that strengthens the whole person.

Position God’s sons and daughters for purpose to confidently advance the Kingdom of Heaven.
We envision individuals and families who are spiritually grounded, emotionally restored, and equipped to become leaders, servants, and ambassadors of Christ within their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.

At CMGD, we come alongside people with grace and truth, helping them grow through biblical teaching, authentic relationships, prayer, worship, and practical community support. Whether someone needs encouragement, discipleship, a listening ear, or opportunities to serve, we desire to reflect the heart of Christ in every interaction.

Creative Minds God's Design provides opportunities for people of every generation to grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and serve others through:

Creating a nurturing and age-appropriate environment where children and youth can learn about their faith, develop a personal relationship with God, and grow within a loving community.

Helping men deepen their relationship with God, strengthen their families and relationships, become effective leaders in their homes, workplaces, and communities and fostering a sense brotherhood.

Supporting women to find strength and wisdom in their roles and responsibilities, become influential and compassionate leaders and foster a sense of sisterhood, community, and empowerment among women.

Creating a sense of community, belonging, and purpose for seasoned adults, offering opportunities for fellowship, friendship, and spiritual growth and actively participate and contributing to the community.

Sharing the message of faith, offering support, hope and belonging, and meeting the practical needs of individuals, hospitals, prisons and communities.

Facilitating a worship experience that encourages people to connect with God, express their devotion, and grow spiritually.

Jesus loved people and so do we. We know our neighbourhoods are in need of support and are creating opportunities for mentorship, leadership training and ways to promote overall wellbeing. We are also showcasing our various skills so we support you through your everyday lives, like private nursing care, pregnancy and postpartum care, counselling, personal training and more.
